Whether you drive a Tesla, Hyundai, Ford, Kia or any other EV, the installation steps are much the same. Here is what is involved:
Many older Toronto homes have 100-amp service. Some can take a charger as is, some need a load management device that shares capacity with other appliances, and some need a 100A to 200A service upgrade. We will tell you which option fits your home before any work starts.
We also install chargers for townhomes, multi-unit buildings and businesses. In condos, charging projects usually need approval from the board or property manager, and we are happy to work with them. For workplace and customer charging, see our commercial electrical services.

Not always. Many homes with 100-amp service can add a charger, sometimes with a load management device. We do a load calculation first and only recommend a service upgrade when it is actually needed.
